We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Accountant to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property accounting. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate financial reporting and effective financial control within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review financial statements, management accounts, and reports.
Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and other external stakeholders.
Assist in the development and implementation of financial systems and processes.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the property industry.
