Skills: Job description:Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights on variance and financial performance
- Prepare documentation for external audits and liaise with auditors during the audit process
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and maintain compliance with tax regulations
- Perform recons of bank statements and other accounts to ensure accuracy
- Monitor and report on company expenses, identify areas for cost control
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for internal and external review
- Assist Financial Manager where needed
