Duties:- Review annual financial statements.
- Preparation and Reconciliation of Balance sheets accounts.
- Assist with and review month end audit files.
- Analyse accounts and information for trends.
- Provisional Tax Calculations.
- Preparation and submission of VAT calculations and returns.
- Preparation of Annual Tax Calculations.
- Prepare Monthly Management Reports for MANCO.
- Produce financial reports relating to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
- Review, monitor, and manage budgets.
- Active cash flow management and reporting thereof.
- Provide back-office services such as accounts payable and collection.
- Prepare Co-Owners and Shareholders Reports.
Job Experience & Skills Required:- Completed BCom Accounting Degree with SAICA Articles.
- Experience with MDA system.
- Excellent Excel experience/skills.
- 2 years post articles experience within property or real estate industry is critical.
- Analytical and solutions-driven individual with high emotional intelligence.
