You will be responsible for gathering and monitoring financial data, preparing accurate financial statements, forecasting costs and revenue. This will also include managing tax payments and conducting internal financial audits. Apply now Duties: Review of annual financial statements Preparation and Reconciliation of Balance sheets accounts. Assist and review of month end audit files. Analysing accounts and information for trends. Provisional Tax Calculations Preparation and submission of VAT calculations and returns Preparation of Annual Tax Calculations Preparing Monthly Management Reports for MANCO Producing financial reports relating to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc. Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets. Active cashflow management and reporting thereof. Providing back-office services such as accounts payable and collection. Preparing Co-Owners and Shareholders Reports Job Experience & Skills Required: Completed B Com Accounting Degree with SAICA Articles. Experience with MDA system. Excellent Excel experience/skills. 2 years post-article experience within property or real estate industry is critical. Analytical and solutions-driven individual with high emotional intelligence.
