Reviewing of supplier amendments (especially banking details) Reviewing supplier recons monthly Executing foreign supplier revaluations monthly BEE Preferential procurement calculation and upload Creditor aging analysis Debtor age analysis reconciliation to TB (ensure submodule balances) Bad debt provision working paper prepare and post Monthly Group reporting of debtor classification (Client Risk) Monthly reporting of sales, forecast and order book value (Flash sales) Maintaining fixed asset register Depreciation calculation monthly Month end journals and other non-routine journals Recharges to group companies BEE scorecard management Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12) BCom BCom Honours and CTA CA(SA) Experience: Completed SAICA Articles BIG 4 Audit firm exposure Manufacturing exposure is a BIG WIN Skills & Competencies: Thorough knowledge of accounting and finance principles and procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication Good knowledge of VAT and Companies Income Tax Strong attention to detail and confidentiality Analytical Process oriented.
