Financial Administrator (Debtors and Payroll) Location: Boksburg Salary: R20 000 – R30 000CTC plus 13th cheque Minimum requirements: Sage Pastel Evolution Sage VIP Payroll. 5 -10 years of relevant experience Team player Covid 19 vaccinated Duties: Debtors Sales invoicing and credit notes Loading of documents on client portals Collections and queries Reconciliations Credit applications Recording receipts in the cash book Reporting on outstanding debtors to management Compliance with SARS/SADC export regulations Managing credit risk and reporting to credit risk providers Consignment stock experience not a requirement but advantageous Payroll Administration Processing of weekly hourly wages and year end shutdown wages Leave administration General Ad hoc admin support to sales and financial departments
