As a Financial Advisor, you'll be responsible for: Conducting financial needs analysis for both Life and Investment planning needs Utilizing extensive expertise to provide financial advice to customers Growing our client base and prospecting new clients You'll be actively involved in identifying sales opportunities, promoting our organization, and enhancing our reputation. You'll develop a personal network within the sales territory and represent us at relevant industry events. You'll consult with a range of customer representatives to identify their needs, conduct financial needs analysis, and provide expert financial advice. You'll be the go-to person for customer portfolio analysis and clarifying mid- to long-term customer needs. ️ You'll identify the products or services that best meet our customers' needs and use your personal expertise to propose quantities and product configurations. You'll walk customers through the advanced features of our products and services, connecting those features directly with their pain points. You'll manage key client and customer relationships to maintain customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. You'll also be the first point of contact for customer queries and complaints, ensuring that they receive an appropriate response. You'll continuously develop your own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities, attending conferences, and reading specialist media. You'll gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfil your personal potential.
