The successful candidate will be responsible for: The full Financial Management function (budgets, bookkeeping, payments, insurance, audit, statutory payments (tax), salaries etc.) HR Management (personnel files administration, leave, employment contracts, disciplinary matters etc.) Office Management (oversee reception, vehicle(s), archive, office space, standard operating procedures etc.) IT & Systems management Compliance management (FICA, Legal Practice Council and other) The ideal person will meet the following requirements: BCom / BAcc degree Completed articles At least 5 years’ post articles experience Professional registration SAIPA/SAICA (advantageous) Previous experience at a Law Firm (advantageous) Excellent computer skills (MS Office) Experience on the Ghost Practice (legal accounting platform) (advantageous) Excellent computer skills (Word / Outlook / Ghost Practice) Outstanding emotional intelligence / interpersonal skills Excellent ability to manage conflict effectively Outstanding professional communication skills in both Afrikaans and English (oral and written) Above average organisational and coordinating skills High levels of accuracy and a detail-oriented work style
