They are seeking a dedicated Finance Clerk to join their dynamic team in Fourways, Johannesburg. Position: Financial Clerk Key Responsibilities: Creditor Management: Handle the complex creditors function, including processing invoices, reconciling statements, and resolving discrepancies. Managing company's largest supplier. Payments: Prepare and process payment runs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Supplier Relations: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, addressing any issues promptly and professionally. Financial Reporting: Assist with month-end closing procedures and prepare reports as required. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the overall efficiency of the finance department. Various other exciting financial tasks Qualifications and Requirements: Education: Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field (e.g., BCom Accounting) or Diploma in Finance / Accounting Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in creditors , preferably in a fast-paced IT or similar environment. Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite. Personal Attributes: Proactive, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work well under pressure. Other Requirements: Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
