We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Financial Data Capturer to join our client's team in George, Western Cape. This role is crucial in ensuring the accurate entry and analysis of financial data using advanced MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP, and SUMIF functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture and verify financial data into designated systems and databases.
Utilize MS Excel to perform data analysis, including Pivot Tables for summarizing large data sets.
Apply VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP functions to match and consolidate data from different sources.
Use SUMIF functions to analyze and summarize data based on specific criteria.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy through thorough verification and validation processes.
Assist in generating reports and presenting data insights to support decision-making.
Collaborate with financial analysts and team members to resolve data discrepancies and improve processes.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with data integrity and security policies.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Data Capturer or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Excel with intermediate to advanced skills in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP, and SUMIF functions.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Diploma or certification in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
