Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting. Ensure compliance with South African financial regulations and assist with audits as required. Manage payroll and ensure all employees are compensated accurately and on time. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support budgeting processes. Monitor cash flow and prepare forecasts to guide financial planning. Communicate with vendors and clients regarding accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly. Continuously improve financial processes and recommend efficiencies to enhance workflow. Requirements A relevant degree/diploma in Accounting or Finance. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or a similar financial role. Proficiency in SAIPA standards and best practices. Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
