Financial Manager - Johannesburg
Job Description:
A leading manufacturer, focused on sustainable growth, community improvement, and fostering a culture of integrity and empowerment, is looking for a CA(SA) to join and enhance their financial performance.
The ideal candidate will need to oversee comprehensive financial oversight and management functions, ensuring adherence to company policies and internal controls at a manufacturing site. They will lead financial accounting activities, maintaining IFRS compliance and overseeing month-end closings and reporting. Responsibilities include coordinating year-end reporting and statutory audits, preparing financial statements, and managing taxation requirements. They will also oversee banking operations, cash flow forecasting, and fixed asset management, ensuring accurate asset verification and lease management. Additionally, the candidate will manage debtor and creditor relationships, lead and develop the finance team, and continuously enhance internal controls in a collaborative manner.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
- CA(SA)
- Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role
- Prior industry experience advantageous
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
