My client in the property management and development sector is seeking a motivated newly qualified CA(SA) to take on the group reporting and financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Group Reporting and real estate or property development exposure.

Responsibilities:

Manage and report on the financial activities of the organization
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
Analyze financial data and generate accurate financial reports for senior management
Ensure compliance with accounting and reporting standards
Supervise the finance team and provide leadership and guidance

Requirements:

Newly or recently qualified CA(SA), no more than one year PQE
Proven exposure during articles to consolidations / group accounting
Real estate or property development exposure is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
