We are looking for a skilled Financial Manager with expertise in costing and budgeting to oversee our client's financial operations within the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting to ensure strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. Develop and manage comprehensive budgets and forecasts for various departments and projects. Implement robust costing methodologies to optimize product pricing and profitability. Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis and cost-benefit analysis. Monitor and analyze key financial metrics to identify trends and recommend actions for improvement. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and operational goals. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for senior management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management accounting). CIMA /CA(SA) Proven experience as a Financial Manager or similar role within the FMCG sector. Strong understanding of costing principles and budgeting processes. Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
