We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Compliance Manager to join an established and reputable Company in the FMCG/Food sector. This role requires strong experience in financial management and Company secretarial duties. The successful candidate will oversee finance and compliance across the group, contributing to the continued success of this industry-leading organization. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts Ensure compliance with financial regulations and Company policies Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations Manage Company secretarial duties, including maintaining statutory records and filings Provide legal advice and support to ensure compliance with relevant legislation Coordinate audits and provide necessary documentation Develop and implement financial policies and procedures Manage annual financial targets and performance against business plans, sales results, EBITDA, cost control, and pricing Implement and drive innovation and efficiency projects, such as digitalisation and enhanced customer service levels Lead and mentor finance team members Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives Monitor and report on financial performance and key metrics Identify and manage financial risks to the organization Soft Skills/Additional Info: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proactive and able to take initiative Strong organizational and time management skills Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar BCom Law or CGISA would be an advantage, or strong Company secretarial/Compliance experience CIMA or studying towards would be a bonus At least 5 years' experience in financial management, ideally within the FMCG/Food sector Experience in working with Integrated Operational systems. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP system Comprehensive knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements Proven track record of managing financial operations and ensuring compliance Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently R750 000 – R900 000 CTC P/A neg depending on experience.
