Accounts payable cycle review and sign off (preparation where required). Preparation monthly cash flow forecasts. Preparation budgeting and forecasts. Acting as company secretary. Ensuring compliance of group. Preparing reporting packs. Management of external audit. Annual AFS preparation. Tax Computation and submission. Monthly monitoring of investee performance. Valuation preparation/Inputs and review. Covenant monitoring/debts management. Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12) BCom Finance or similar BCom Honours CIMA / ACCA / SAIPA designation Experience: Minimum of 5 years commercial experience, with 3 years senior accountant experience and financial manager experience. Experience in fair value measurement is advantageous. Experience in a holding company or diverse group is preferrable. Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel is essential). Skills & Competencies: Ability to work under pressure. Team player. Detail orientated. Deadline driven. Aligning values, such as respect, integrity, agility, excellence, and professionalism.
