Job Description:
I am seeking a dynamic Plant Finance Manager who will play a critical role in driving strategic financial management to ensure profitability and identify cost-saving opportunities. This position involves developing and maintaining financial policies and procedures, ensuring accurate financial reporting, CAPEX and Asset Management and leading initiatives to improve the B-BBEE scorecard.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

BCom Accounting (articles completed is an advantage) or Completing CIMA (ACMA CGMA)
3 to 5 years in a Manufacturing environment
Experience with cost accounting and inventory management, stock control and analysis
Inter-company reporting
Management of 2-5 entities
Working knowledge of IFRS, taxation and foreign exchange
Expert in ERP System usage: Syspro
