As the Financial Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the financial operations of the business. Apply now Role Purpose: As the Financial Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the financial operations of the business. You will be responsible for assisting with the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, reporting, and strategy development to ensure the company's financial health and support its growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance management within the retail industry, strong analytical skills, and the ability to provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership as well as experience in managing a finance team. Required Qualifications: Matric B. Com degree in accounting or finance Desirable Qualifications: Honours degree in Accounting SAIPA / SAICA or other relevant professional certifications Required Experience: 5 years' experience in finance management (including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting) within the retail industry. Excellent analytical, communication and leadership skills. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, and regulatory requirements. Proven track record of success in financial management. Experience in risk management. Ability to provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership. Experience in managing a finance team.
