Fenchem SA Pty Ltd, a South Africa Branch of Fenchem Biotek. Fenchem Biotek was established in Nanjing, China in 1995. Since its establishment, it has been engaged in the export of food raw materials and nutritional additives, and the application and research and development of product modifiers. The company has set up branches abroad, including in the United States, Germany, South Africa, Brazil, Japan Czech Republic, Thailand, Malaysia, and other countries to transport high-quality raw materials overseas. It is mainly committed to the import, market information, sales and supporting services of raw materials for food, health products and cosmetics for foreign markets. In response to the business growth needs of the South African branch, we are now recruiting one Financial Manager and one Financial Assistant. Responsible for daily financial accounting work, ensure that accuracy, authenticity and reliability of the company's financial data, and record, analyse, summarise and report regularly. Responsible for expense management, participate in the preparation of expense system, and strictly implement cost and expense control in accordance with the system. Responsible for cash management, ensure bank account security, prepare cash plans, and improve the efficiency of fund use. Participate in the construction of financial system, ensure that the company's financial internal control process is legal and effective, and relevant financial work is carried out in accordance with local legal requirements. Control forex exchange rate risk, buy in spot and forward exchange rate, and operate overseas payments on the bank system. Complete the cost allocation and customer invoice issuing on the financial system (Sage) and complete the accounting work on the financial system (SAP). Bachelor's degree, graduated from accounting related majors. Familiar with the South African accounting rules and international accounting standards. Have 2 years or more of financial/accounting work experience, and have relatively solid and complete professional capabilities and practical experience in finance, accounting, taxation, internal control, etc. Be able to use English proficiently to work independently, and communicate fluently with customers, suppliers, banks, accounting firms and local colleagues in South Africa. Ability to speak Chinese will be beneficial. Have professional ethics and no record of violations of laws and regulations. Have strong communication and coordination skills and stress resistance.
