It is mainly committed to the import, market information, sales and supporting services of raw materials for food, health products and cosmetics for foreign markets. In response to the business growth needs of the South African branch, we are now recruiting a Logistics Distributor and a Logistics Administrator. Organize and maintain systematic filling to meet regulatory requirements for the department. Working with customers/suppliers/drivers and other traffic desks, planning routes and scheduling delivery times to ensure the smooth running of the operation. Preparing client's order by arranging the correct stock to be loaded. Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock is delivered. Signing delivery notes upon receipt of shipments. Arrange stock take monthly. Create quotes on Sage. Update distribution list regularly. Warehousing quality control. Managing stock returns. Update samples going out of inventory. Report any breakages and spills. Bachelor's degree in supply chain or any relevant field. 2-3 years' experience in relevant field. Previous experience with SAP and Sage will be beneficial. Attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Highly organized. Be able to work under pressure. Proficient in problem solving. Market related Medical Aid contribution
