Customer Champions 58Fleet is seeking to employ a qualified and experienced Fleet Administrator , The successful candidate will join a dynamic and highly skilled Fleet Team. If you are seeking an exciting and rewarding opportunity, then this is the career journey you’ve been waiting for The successful candidate will report directly to the Operations Manager. Position Overview The purpose of this role is to provide efficient and effective administrative support including collating, preparing, and maintaining up to date information within the operating systems as well as supporting various business functions Specific Role Responsibilities Attend to requests for quotations as received from relevant business functions Update operating system as per calculations and dealer quotes received Convert signed quotes into deals and prepare delivery documents Ensure operating system is updated with the relevant information Activate deals and ensure goods are received on the system once delivery is completed Prepare restructure contracts as per customer request and pricing calculations Activate restructure changes on the operating system to reflect the new rental as signed off by customer Engage with relevant business functions on contracts reaching end of term and action accordingly Ensure contracts are terminated on operating system as confirmed by the relevant business functions Prepare Settlement letter with supporting documentation for terminated contracts and send to Customer Relationship Manager Utilise Telematics Solutions to actively monitor fleet optimisation and ensure operational efficiency and safety Coordinate the order and distribution of Value-added services as per customer request Ensure supplier systems are updated with the relevant vehicle and driver information Ensure eTag and Fuel cards are linked to the correct vehicle and driver Align operating system with the various supplier systems and action any variances identified Qualifications and Experience Matric / Grade 12 National Diploma in Fleet management/Supply Chain/Logistics or similar Experience in the fleet management is an added advantage Skills and Personal Attributes Attention to detail Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills Sound understanding of the automotive industry at large Ability to multi-task Work well under pressure and manage stress effectively Computer literate Excellent verbal and written communication skills Apply Now
