We are an established transport company. We are looking for a Fleet Co-Ordinator to join our team in Verulam. The successful candidate will be required to handle administrative tasks, supervising and controlling driver activities. Supervising and controlling driver activities, including briefing / debriefing of drivers Monitor and track vehicle / driver utilization Routing and scheduling Tracking of vehicles Handling administrative tasks Compiling reports Minimum Requirements: Matric / Grade 12 Road Transport Diploma or at least studying towards one Computer Literacy: Microsoft Office, Pastel, Drive-cam, C-track Prepared to work shifts, over weekends and public holidays Previous Administration experience in a similar environment will be advantageous. Competencies: Decision making, communication and leadership skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to interact well with a diversified team Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure Cost to Company: R10 000.00 per month
