Job Description Promote FMCSA as a key OEM role player in the South African market and the sell Ford products via the FMCSA dealer network and directly. This is a customer facing role which requires a professional, well presented individual who is committed to delivering exceptional service. This role will help to maintain and grow Ford SA market share as well exceed sales objectives monthly/ quarterly. Responsibilities Lead Generation: Identifying and targeting new business opportunities within the rental, leasing and corporate sales areas to achieve or exceed the sales objectives as defined in the annual budget. Client Engagement: Developing and nurturing strong relationships with existing and prospective rental, leasing and corporate clientele, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Client Support: Provide holistic sales and service support to portfolio of clients. Maintain detailed tracking of all vehicle orders and deliveries. Manage and control all service providers such as convertors/ bodybuilders and accessory fitters (canopy suppliers etc.) to ensure on time order delivery. Market Research: Performing market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape. Sales Support: Preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials to assist in business development efforts. Networking: Representing the Ford brand at events, networking sessions etc Collaboration: Partnering with the Sales Manager and team members to implement strategies and achieve sales targets. Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and regularly updating the management team. A strong ability to work autonomously while displaying the confidence to make well thought out decisions in the interest of FMCSA Customer centric mindset - always treating the customer with the utmost respect and professionalism QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE Marketing Diploma/ BCom Marketing Degree or equivalent Minimum 2 years sales orientated experience (retail or fleet experience will be advantageous)
