As the Fleet & Government Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth within the fleet and government sectors for Volkswagen vehicles in the Polokwane region. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with clients, build strong relationships, and contribute to the expansion of our customer base. 1. Client Engagement: Proactively identify and engage with potential fleet and government clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. 2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue generation. 3. Networking: Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the fleet and government sectors to expand market reach and enhance brand visisbility. 4. Relationship Managment: Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with clients through regular conmmunication, follow-ups, and excellent customer service. 5. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth. 6. Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders such as the sales team, finance department and management to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. 7. Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary paperwork, reports and documentation related to sales activities in a timely and accurate manner. Proven experience in the fleet or government sales within the automotive industry is a must. Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques. Excellent communication, negotioation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-pased environment.
