The successful applicant's duties will be include but are not limited to the below: Keeps track of all vehicles in the fleet Supervises fleet maintenance Manages the shortage of drivers (and this is always the case) Plans and dispatches routes if they're also a dispatcher Live tracks drivers Negotiates with shippers Resolves disputes Report to the wider business Optimize, optimize, and optimize again - to reduce costs and make the whole process more efficient. Action any instructions given to you by management/operations Minimum requirements: Matric certificate or equivalent Highest Tertiary qualification Vaild driver's license Experience: At least 2 more years in a similar role with similar duties to those listed above Skills: Excellent time management skills Good communication skills (both written & verbal) Good organisational/ planning skills Good admin skills Good interpersonal skills Attention to detail and takes initiative Diligent and effective The successful applicant will be renumerated at R 22 000, 00 per month.
