- Grade 12
- Hospitality qualification is beneficial
- Previous working experience in a similar position
- Must be confident with all Front of House-related procedures
- Must have previous experience within a luxury lodge environment (essential)
- Must have great hosting skills
- Must have exceptional communication skills
- Should be fully computer literate
- Must be presentable, friendly and outgoing
- Should be willing to go the extra mile and be an excellent team player
- Must be able to perform under pressure and high levels of energy
- Should have excellent admin skills
- Must be presentable, friendly and have a passion for the outdoors
