Established steakhouse Restaurant in Fourways is looking for a front of house manager. Candidates with 3 years Restaurant management experience will be considered. Experience must be in a full sit-down Restaurant; fast food experience will not be considered. Must have strong communications skills with the ability to manage a front of house Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken with exceptional customer relations skills. All references must be contactable. Experience with Restaurant opening & closing procedures required. Duties will include staff / waiter management, stock control and complaints handling. Looking for someone who works well in a team and who can work under pressure. Applicants must be ambitious, self-motivated, and energetic. Salary R 12 – 15 K net. Quote Reference RA54 when applying.
