Very busy trendy Restaurant in Montecasino is looking for a senior front of house manager. Must have experience in a busy Restaurant environment with extensive knowledge of Restaurant floor management. Candidates with 5 years relevant management experience will be considered. Must have strong communications skills with the ability to manage a complete front of house Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken and must have exceptional customer relations skills. All references must be contactable. Experience with staff management and training essential. Duties will include waiter management, stock control, opening & closing procedures. Looking for someone that can lead a team and who can work under pressure. Applicants must be ambitious, self-motivated, and energetic. Salary R 15 – 20 K net. Quote Reference RA20 when applying.
