Frontline Receptionist - Stellenbosch

Requirements:
  • Matric qualification
  • Proficiency in both Afrikaans and English is essential
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience working on a switchboard
  • Computer literacy, including email proficiency
  • Typing skills
  • Admin skills

  • Organised & meticulous

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:
  • Handling incoming calls on the switchboard
  • Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks such as general filing, debtors filing, and following up with staff
  • Utilizing the online system to manage Certificates of Compliance (COC)
  • Managing service calls and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Diary management & follow up (for Director)
