Requirements:

Duties:- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support.
- Data capturing.
- Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Document Preparation.
- Personal Assistance: Provide personal assistance to executives or team members as needed, such as running errands, making reservations, and organizing personal appointments.
- Office Management: Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring office equipment is maintained.
- Special Projects: Assist with special projects or initiatives as assigned by management, including research, coordination, and follow-up.
