Requirements:
  • Matric.

Duties:
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support.
  • Data capturing.
  • Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Document Preparation.
  • Personal Assistance: Provide personal assistance to executives or team members as needed, such as running errands, making reservations, and organizing personal appointments.
  • Office Management: Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring office equipment is maintained.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects or initiatives as assigned by management, including research, coordination, and follow-up.
