Job Function We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead and manage our organization's business activities. The successful candidate will develop and implement effective business strategies to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability Strategic Leadership Define and implement long-term strategic goals Develop and execute business plans aligned with financial objectives Identify and pursue growth opportunities Operational Management Oversee daily business operations Improve internal processes and foster team cohesion Manage operational costs and budgets Financial Management Analyze financial data and create budgets Monitor and improve revenue streams Ensure financial sustainability Team Management Hire, train, and evaluate employees Mentor and develop lower-level managers Foster a high-performance culture Client Relations Support sales teams in client retention efforts Anticipate and address client needs Maintain and grow key client relationships Market Position Sustain and grow market share Develop and implement marketing strategies Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities Reporting and Compliance Generate reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred) Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the temporary employment industry Proven track record of successful business leadership and growth Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities Excellent financial acumen and budget management skills Outstanding leadership and team-building capabilities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Familiarity with industry-specific technologies and trends Key Performance Areas Operations Management Human Resource Management Financial Management Payroll Management Legal Compliance Risk Management Sales Management Marketing Management Apply Now
