This concern in the East is on the lookout for an astute General Manager Operations to manage and oversee operations in accordance with established policies, procedures, budget and strategy in order to ensure a cost effective and sustainable operation. Lead cross-functional teams, manage existing partnerships, and evaluate company business goals driving operational efficiency, enhancing organizational performance, and contributing to the achievement of the business objectives.

The requirements:
Qualification:
- Completed Degree in Supply Chain or Logistic Management (NQF Level 7)
- Compliance, Operation, Business Risk or Strategic Business Management Training
Experience:
- 10 years minimum Operational experience in the field of cargo and logistic operations
- In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (supply chain, finance and customer service)
- Managerial experience and demonstrated ability to develop and lead others.
