Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Management or related field Experience in conducting performance evaluations Working knowledge of human-resources processes QlikView and Advanced Excel Duties include: Business and product development Ensure all sales teams work productively and maximise sales across all principals that the company represents Drive conformance of all outlets nationally to above 80%, especially with the top 15 principals Build relationships with all principal key accounts and main management Build relationships with all key stake holders and buyers in all divisions of sales Manage Van sales and telesales. Providing strategy and sales targets. Ensure that telesales and the sales force work in unison. Structure sales clusters that they are most efficient, productive and work well with operations Build a relationship between sales and accounts that the two departments work to the benefit of the organisation Motivate and build a positive culture within all sales departments` Mentor and develop Sales Managers and staff Review all senior staff performance monthly Grow sales on a case basis by at least 10% per annum Annually
