German Speaking Support Specialist - Cape Town City Centre

Duties and responsibilities
  • Providing in-depth technical support for smartphones, tablets, wearables and other devices.
  • Assisting customers with software issues, hardware malfunctions, connectivity problems, and other technical difficulties.
  • Guiding customers through the initial setup of their devices.
  • Assist with general inquiries, product support and troubleshooting via phone, e-mail, chat or tickets.
  • Helping customers manage their accounts, including password resets, account recovery, and billing inquiries.

    Requirements
  • Fluent in German B2
  • 2 years Customer Services experience as a German Consultant
  • Grade: 12
  • Must be credit and criminal clear
  • Technical support experience -Desirable
