German Speaking Support Specialist - Cape Town City Centre
Duties and responsibilities
Providing in-depth technical support for smartphones, tablets, wearables and other devices.
Assisting customers with software issues, hardware malfunctions, connectivity problems, and other technical difficulties.
Guiding customers through the initial setup of their devices.
Assist with general inquiries, product support and troubleshooting via phone, e-mail, chat or tickets.
Helping customers manage their accounts, including password resets, account recovery, and billing inquiries.
Requirements
Fluent in German B2
2 years Customer Services experience as a German Consultant
Grade: 12
Must be credit and criminal clear
Technical support experience -Desirable
