Position is responsible for: Global Talent Acquisition Team (India, SA and China)

Our client is a global provider of medical staffing to the public and private sector internationally.

The role of Global Talent Acquisition Manager is crucial in ensuring the company''s workforce is skilled, diverse and aligned with organizational goals.

The Global Talent Acquisition is responsible for establishing and maintaining appropriate processes and reporting regarding Talent Acquisition performance (KPIs, metrics, req status updates,) and process adherence (data quality, ATS workflow, compliance).

It is essential you are a strong communicator with an excellent ability to build good and trusting working relationships.

Key responsibilities

Strategic Recruitment

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company''s growth objectives, utilizing all relevant technology in all regions to ensure best in class candidate experience with our client.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and relay to the Talent Acquisition team future workforce needs and hiring plan creation aligned to future state growth
  • Work in conjunction with Marketing to create and maintain the Client EVP, ensuring a constant presence externally, attracting top talent globally, ensuring the organization becomes and remains the Healthcare recruiter of choice as an employer

Process Management

  • Establish and maintain team KPIs and ensure metrics are reportable across the candidate life cycle
  • Ensure hiring goals are realistic and monitor progress against achievement
  • Drive operationally excellent, predictable and repeatable processes, using metrics, to achieve the required outcome of hired employees across the Company
  • Ensure monthly commissions are correct and submitted in a timely manner for payment to the ITA team
  • Drive efficiencies in reporting from ATS into HRIS and provide accurate reporting to Senior Leadership Team on all vacancies/fill rates etc.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Build strong relationships with internal HR, business leaders and other departments to showcase the strategic impact of International Talent Acquisition
  • Consult with the business leaders and HR team to ensure internal mobility processes are clear, and adhered to
  • Support the International Talent Acquisition team to advise clients on Talent Acquisition and mobility strategies for all positions in the organization and ensure creative hiring strategies are in place for hard to fill roles at the organization.

Skills needed:

  • Proven experience in International Talent Acquisition
  • Experience managing a Talent Acquisition Team
  • Experience of implementing an ATS system and EVP
  • Utilising data to manage performance
  • Strong knowledge market trends globally in recruitment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
