What we are looking for: A Global Technical Product Manager.
What you will do:
The product manager for the mobile app and WhatsApp channel is dedicated to these products. They handle project management, planning, execution and measurement, ensuring digital engagement sets the business apart. Success means the app and channels make members choose our business over competitors. This experienced Product Manager will help members achieve their wellness goals, engage with our offerings and benefit from the loyalty programme. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage the product backlog, delivering a top-notch product by translating business objectives into a comprehensive roadmap.
What you must have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on digital channels
- Experience with prototyping, testing, and validating product hypotheses
- Experience defining, prioritising and communicating a product roadmap across the
organisation - Managing and building out a backlog with a focus on continuous delivery
- Experience building products iteratively by applying lean principles and focusing on MVPs
- Hands-on experience working with engineering teams in an Agile environment with an
understanding of agile development process - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proven ability to work with cross
functional teams - Proven experience driving customer value through engagement and retention strategies
across various member segments and channels
