RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain policies, standards and procedures to ensure demonstrable regulatory, legal
control.
Develop, implement and maintain ICT risk register.
Develop overall technology architectural direction for ICTs technology portfolio.
Define target state blueprint to business, application and technology architecture.
Develop and implement IT roadmap, architecture principles, standards, policies and
solution guidance.
Drive smarter technology investments.
ICT Risk and Compliance Management.
Define the IT Roadmap and ICT Strategies with business imperatives.
Ensure compliance of all ICT services with legal framework.
Oversee development & maintenance of policies, procedures and controls to ensure
compliance with regulations & internal standards

RESULT MEASUREMENTS:

Quality control standards, policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to across the enterprise.

REQUIREMENTS:

BSc / MSc -Computer Science/ Information Management.
Certified Insurance Compliance Professional (CICP)
Risk Management Certification e.g. CRISC or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) & ISO 31000.
ISO 27001/ ISO 22301 /ISO 9001.
10 years in management experience.
Strong strategic planning capabilities forward looking with an eye for understanding potential risks, legal and compliance implications.
Good industry knowledge and ICT risk management experience.
Good leadership and management skills.
Knowledge of Insurance regulatory frameworks.
