Reference: PTA000784-TM-2 We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our ICT Risk and Compliance Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the IT Roadmap and ICT strategies in alignment with business imperatives, ensuring that all ICT services comply with the legal framework. This role involves overseeing the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and controls to guarantee compliance with regulations and internal standards. A deep understanding of insurance regulatory frameworks is essential. Candidates should have over 10 years of management experience, demonstrating a strong track record in ICT risk and compliance. RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain policies, standards and procedures to ensure demonstrable regulatory, legal control. Develop, implement and maintain ICT risk register. Develop overall technology architectural direction for ICT's technology portfolio. Define target state blueprint to business, application and technology architecture. Develop and implement IT roadmap, architecture principles, standards, policies and solution guidance. Drive smarter technology investments. ICT Risk and Compliance Management. Define the IT Roadmap and ICT Strategies with business imperatives. Ensure compliance of all ICT services with legal framework. Oversee development & maintenance of policies, procedures and controls to ensure compliance with regulations & internal standards RESULT MEASUREMENTS: Quality control standards, policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to across the enterprise. SUPPORTED PROCESSES: Risk Management Governance and Compliance Management Strategic planning Operational Management REQUIREMENTS: BSc / MSc -Computer Science/ Information Management. Certified Insurance Compliance Professional (CICP) Risk Management Certification e.g. CRISC or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) & ISO 31000. ISO 27001/ ISO 22301 /ISO 9001. 10 years in management experience. Strong strategic planning capabilities – forward looking with an eye for understanding potential risks, legal and compliance implications. Good industry knowledge and ICT risk management experience. Good leadership and management skills. Knowledge of Insurance regulatory frameworks. R 1100000 - R 1400000 - Annually
