Reference: SW004812-JM-1 My client, an international exclusive retailer has a vacancy at their Head Office for a Group Financial Analyst with retail experience within a multi-national environment. The successful candidate will report directly to the Group Director Commercial Analysis and Planning. The role of the Group Financial Analyst is to assist with the analysis of the financial results of the group, which includes but is not limited to: Help in reviewing and challenging subsidiaries financial results, forecasts and budget (P&L, Cash Flow, KPI's) including deviation analysis Provide financial analysis for Retail and Web Channel, monitoring the results, tracking business KPI's and supporting the management in developing action plans Implement and control group policies and procedures Participate in projects in finance and accounting Coordinates group requests with the subsidiaries (information collection, summary and presentation) Any ad hoc request within Group Finance function Background and Skill Requirements Degree in Business Administration or related areas Minimum 5 years of experience in a multinational environment Previous experience in a Business Technology Consulting business and Financial Planning & Analysis Auditing experience would be an asset Excellent IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Extensive knowledge of PowerBI Fluent in English both spoken and written Any other language is an asset IFRS knowledge is necessary Personal Profile Able to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently Well organized – proactive, rigorous and flexible Service-oriented and courteous Capable of working with minimum supervision Able to adhere to tight deadlines and work under pressure Must have good critical-thinking skills Measures of Performance Continuous improvement Meeting the deadlines Forecasting accuracy Successful participation in projects
