This is a remote position. Our client is seeking an experienced Group Financial Manager (Remote) to join the team · Support with scoping and implementation of a new ERP and FP&A system, including management and design of approval hierarchy.· Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data by maintaining and reviewing the general ledger and overseeing financial transactions.· Prepare, present and continually enhance the monthly management and board packs, through collaboration with key stakeholders to provide insightful analysis and reports.· Work closely with the CFO in setting targets, preparing and presenting annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts.· Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing commentary, root cause analysis and actionable insights to senior management.· Develop and maintain financial scorecards for operational teams, conducting root cause analysis to drive business improvements.· Control capex spending against budget and prepare business cases for investment decisions.· Provide financial support to various departments including Strategic Delivery, Client Strategy, Technology, Marketing, B2B, HR, and Data Science.· Establish and maintain financial control systems to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.· Manage internal and external audits, tax compliance, and statutory requirements.· Ensure team compliance with company policies and guidelines.· Support with adhoc projects as required from time-to-time. · CA (SA)· Minimum 5 years financial management experience,· Advanced computer literacy Liezel Harrington
