Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes in the mining industry, particularly in European markets . Define target markets, customer segments, and value propositions to effectively position Western Cluster Limited's products and services in the marketplace. Oversee the management of Western Cluster Limited's product portfolio, including high-grade premium iron ore and potential products derived from precious metals. Develop and maintain the company's brand image and reputation in the market through effective branding, messaging, and communication & advertisement strategies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, production, and finance, to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives. Identify and pursue new market opportunities for Western Cluster Limited's products, internationally, to drive revenue growth and diversification. Build and nurture relationships with key customers, partners, and industry players to expand market reach and increase market share. Explore potential ventures and partnerships in the precious metals sector to capitalize on additional revenue streams and maximize profitability. Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising strategies to effectively promote Western Cluster Limited's products and services. Utilize a mix of traditional and digital marketing channels to reach target audiences and generate leads, including trade shows, industry publications, social media, and online platforms. Ensure clear and consistent messaging across all marketing collateral and communication channels, reinforcing the company's value proposition and differentiation in the market. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in the mining or natural resources sector. Strong understanding of the mining industry, including knowledge of mineral processing, iron ore production, and precious metals markets.
