As the Head Project, you will provide strategic leadership and direction for executing the 60MTPA vision across the three prominent mines in Liberia: Bea, Bomi, and Mano. You will oversee and execute the entire project packages, including: Mine Plan & R&R MDO Concentrator Plant Marine Infrastructure Slurry Pipeline Power Plant This role is crucial for ensuring the successful execution of the project within the timeline and budget, adhering to the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance. Strategize and conceptualize a tangible vision and growth strategy for the business. Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep the projects on track. Deliver operational and financial targets while ensuring safety, productivity, asset integrity, and optimal resource utilization. Optimize costs through operational excellence across mining, R&R, mine planning, beneficiation, and logistics via MDO and business partners. Innovate in a multi-modal logistics environment to cater to domestic and export requirements. Maximize revenue generation by unlocking freight-friendly markets for the sale of iron ore. Maintain strong stakeholder management to ensure business growth and sustainability. Provide leadership in implementing ESG frameworks and ensuring zero harm. Champion digital interventions to enhance operational productivity and reduce man-machine interface. Groom and nurture young high potentials for significant roles in the organization. Focus on growth projects to expand business volumes significantly. Engage with industry peers and bodies to foster industry-friendly policies. B.E/MBA with over 15 years of relevant project management experience managing large-scale projects. Innovative problem-solving skills with the ability to devise creative solutions for complex challenges. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong negotiation skills. Proven leadership abilities with a track record of mentoring and guiding a team. Familiarity with Liberian regulations, standards, and best practices is advantageous. Verbal and written proficiency in English is mandatory.
