Job Description:

Leading and driving the performance of direct reports

Delivering organizational costing within the agreed budgets and timeframes

Managing risk and control effectively

Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and drive necessary changes

Responsible for the data integrity of the divisions information

Responsible for Strategic and Analytical development of products

Participate in driving and achieving sales of credit products in each segment

Qualifications and Skills:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or other related Business fields

4 years + proven experience in similar role

Experience coming from a Banking / Retail environment will be advantageous

Proven experience managing a business or division

Systems development experience is advantageous

Proven marketing, sales and operational experience
