Team Leadership: Lead and manage our digital team, overseeing all digital advertising projects across platforms such as Meta and Google. Ensure high-quality output and adherence to best practices. ● Client Engagement: Collaborate directly with clients to develop digital strategies, troubleshoot issues, and make sound recommendations on marketing tactics to be implemented to ensure the clients needs are met through successful digital campaigns. ● Training and Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, including overseeing digital marketing training, and continuous education on advertising strategies. ● Project Management: Support Account Managers, provide guidance to the Client Service team during the initial briefi ngs to fi nal delivery. Ensure projects stay within scope, deadlines are met, and profi tability targets are achieved. ● Process Improvement: Drive improvements in the digital department's processes and practices, ensuring effi ciency and high standards are maintained. ● Reporting and Accountability: Monitor and report on team performance, client project statuses, and budget reconciliations for social and Google Ads spends. Resource aspects: ● You will be required to to perform some resource duties, but will have less resource work allocated to you each day ● As a support function for the business, our expectation is that you will be available to help with emergencies after hours if required Skill and Experience ● Experience: Minimum of three years in a digital agency or relevant fi eld, with a focus on digital marketing. ● Technical Skills: Profi ciency in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), Google Ads, Google Analytics, Agency Analytics and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok). ● Additional Skills: Familiarity with MailChimp and WordPress is preferred. Qualifi cations ● Strong communication skills with fl uency in English. ● Proven track record in managing teams and delivering successful digital marketing campaigns. ● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and adapt to changing priorities. ● Commitment to personal growth and development as a leader.
