We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Strategist to develop and execute our company's marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and reach, creating campaigns and content that resonate with our audience, driving customer acquisition through leads, fostering innovation within the business, and ensuring alignment of the brand strategy across all operational teams. Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement an effective marketing strategy aligned with company objectives. Balance short-term customer acquisition goals with long-term brand-building initiatives. Continuously assess customer needs and propose solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Formulate and manage strategic marketing objectives. Responsible for overall brand management and corporate identity. Campaign and Content Creation: Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns to drive business growth. Create valuable and engaging content for company websites and communication channels. Produce marketing insights through tracking, analysis, and summarizing data and trends. Manage and oversee the conceptual establishment, roll-out, and marketing campaigns. Customer Acquisition and Funnel Optimization: Analyze and optimize the customer acquisition funnel, proposing improvements where necessary. Drive new customer acquisition and reactivation efforts in collaboration with Sales Manager. Proven track record in identifying target audiences and devising effective digital campaigns. Manage and improve lead generation campaigns with sales activities. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, assess brand awareness, and monitor competitor activities. Develop engaging online presence through all social media platforms. Partnership and Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with marketing partners and ensure alignment with business goals. Manage and monitor service providers to ensure they deliver agreed outputs and continuously drive improvement. Budget and Resource Management: Collaborate with managers to prepare budgets and monitor expenses effectively. Manage the budget, scope of work, and delivery of key service providers. Develop the marketing budget and strategy in line with company objectives. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team. Foster a creative and innovative environment to drive business growth. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (5 years) in a senior marketing role, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and team leadership. Strong understanding of current digital marketing techniques and best practices. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. Ability to think creatively and innovatively. Strong leadership and team management skills. Strong reporting skills. Proficient in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, Google Analytics, social media platforms). Strong organizational abilities with a focus on delivering impactful results. Creative, analytical, and numerically adept.
