We are seeking a visionary and accomplished Head of Engineering to lead our client's dynamic team in the renewable energy sector. As the Head of Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, overseeing project development, and ensuring engineering excellence across their portfolio. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of renewable energy solutions and lead a talented team of engineers. Lead and manage the engineering team, providing strategic direction and guidance in line with company objectives. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of renewable energy projects, ensuring adherence to technical standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements. Drive innovation in renewable energy technologies, exploring new opportunities and enhancing existing solutions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including project management, operations, and business development to achieve project milestones and deliverables. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the engineering team. Act as a technical authority, providing expertise and support on complex engineering issues and challenges. Ensure effective resource management and allocation to optimize project outcomes and timelines. Represent the company in technical discussions, industry forums, and with stakeholders including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies. PREng (Professional Registration of Engineers) qualification. Bachelor's degree in Engineering,Electrical Deep understanding of renewable energy technologies, project lifecycle, and regulatory frameworks. Strong business acumen with the ability to align engineering strategies with commercial objectives. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated leadership in driving innovation and implementing best practices in engineering design and execution. R1.2 Million CTC to R2.0 Million CTC per annum based on experience Apply Now
