WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR: A highly skilled and motivated professional to join their team as the Head of Procurement. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials and services essential for the development of our innovative projects. WHAT WILL YOU DO: Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with the company's goals and sustainability principles. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring they meet quality, ethical, and environmental standards. Vendor Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers. Negotiate favorable terms, contracts, and agreements to optimize cost efficiency and project timelines. Budget Oversight: Collaborate with project management and finance teams to develop and manage procurement budgets. Monitor and control costs while maintaining the highest standards of quality and sustainability. Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure that all procured materials and services meet Luxury Frontiers' standards. Work closely with the design and project management teams to guarantee seamless integration of procurement activities. Sustainability Integration: Drive initiatives to enhance the sustainability of procurement processes and materials, aligning with the company's commitment to environmental responsibility. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the procurement team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting professional development. WHAT DO YOU NEED: Proven experience in a senior procurement role, preferably within the construction, architecture, or hospitality industry. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices and sustainability principles. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards.
