Our client in the Financial Industry is looking for a Healthcare Administrator for their Healthcare division. The overall responsibility of the Healthcare Administrator is to provide support to clients and members who require support as well as supporting the Manager with admin requirements. This includes providing support during the business development process, helping onboard a client, and supporting on member and client queries thereafter. New Business Support Support the Manager and Consultants with new business. This includes sending new application forms and information for medical aid, gap cover and broker applications. Ensure all new business is loaded and tracked on Microsoft Dynamics. This needs to be tracked live / same day. When new applications are received from a client (employer), call the client to conduct an online application. Once a policy has been activated, send a welcome mailer with their membership cards and load their policies and premiums onto Microsoft Dynamics and new business spreadsheet. Administration & Support Where required, transfer cover to someone's private capacity or employer. Call clients to follow up on medical aid applications and keep them updated during the process. Ensure all records are maintained accurately. Be the main point of contact for clients when they need support. Respond timeously to clients when there are queries and keep them informed during the process. Provide assistance and support to the Healthcare team. This includes basic admin, data management, filing, data capturing, etc. Client Servicing | Managing the Relationship with the Client Deliver exceptional client service to clients throughout their journey. This means being responsive, meeting turnaround times and managing expectations when needed. Communicate effectively and efficiently with clients by keeping them informed of any updates. Manage and actively find solutions for client queries and concerns and escalate where needed. Please do not apply unless you meet the requirements below. Matric with a University pass Diploma or Degree would be a bonus Minimum of (1) years' experience as an administrator. Preferably in Healthcare Computer Literacy (MS Office package) Sound knowledge of Healthcare administration
