Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: CPT – CBD Reference: SW003482-ML2-1 Job Summary: Duties & Responsibilities: Requirements: Proven working experience (min 5 years) as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role within the IT / Telecoms space Proven sales track record Proven Account Management skills Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM Proficiency in English Market knowledge Time management and planning skills Personal Network building, outside and inside the company Must be able to work from a home office Clean criminal record Duties will include but not limited to: Developing growth strategies and plans with both End-Users and Channel Partners Prospecting directly for business in Large Accounts in your region Arrange business meetings with prospective clients Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients/channel and increasing End-User Base Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs Following industry trends locally and internationally Drafting and reviewing proposals/quotes High-level communication skills and ability to negotiate and self-motivate Experience working to and exceeding targets Drive the opportunity pipeline and effectively manage this pipeline in the CRM system Ensuring proactive and positive inter working relationships with all colleagues Ensure market intelligence sharing and competitor activity analysis Showcase days, product training and adoption support when needed Promoting incentives, campaigns and offers Only candidates residing within the Western Cape will be considered for this position To Apply: Click Here
