- Oversee and manage the financial operations of Hilton Kinshasa, ensuring compliance with Hilton and Valor Hospitality Partners' standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budget forecasts, and reports to provide senior management with accurate and timely financial information.
- Supervise the finance team and work collaboratively with other departments to optimize financial performance.
- Ensure effective internal controls and procedures are in place to safeguard assets, maintain accurate records, and manage financial risks.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and other financial transactions.
- Perform monthly reconciliations and manage cash flow to maximize profitability.
- Monitor and report on financial KPIs to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with external auditors and prepare for financial audits as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Indian National.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Manager in a branded hotel group.
- Proficiency in using the Opera property management system is essential.
- Proficiency in using SUN accounting software.
- Proficiency in materials control.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality finance and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
